Frank has lived in Tower Hamlets all his life. He is a retired Property Manager and has been active in local issues for many years in Wapping.
Frank played a prominent role in the collective enfranchisement of South Quay estate which removed ownership of the estate from London Borough of Tower Hamlets and placed it in the hands of of its residents. He also had a role in the campaign by Hermitage Environment Groups campaign that ensured Wapping Memorial Park remained open public space with a significant memorial to civilians killed in WW2.
Frank would like to see greater transparency from the Council in how it spends Right to Buy leaseholders' service charge funds. At the moment they are being used to cross-subsidise other elements of the Council's housing stock.
