Ailbhe has been living in Ansell House in Stepney Green since 2013 and has been working with the Tower Hamlets Liberal Democrats since the Referendum on our Membership of the EU in 2016.
Since then, she has enjoyed helping to tackle borough-wide issues like recycling, speeding and ASB as well as understanding the impact of Brexit on our borough.
Ailbhe moved to Stepney in 2013, graduating from university in the middle of a recession, and found work with a technology company as a French and German speaker. She's concerned about the opportunities our young people will be offered post-Brexit and wants to ensure our council does as much as it can to protect these.
Outside work, she sings with the City of London Choir and will be running in the Hackney Half Marathon in May!
Ailbhe's top priorities are: Filling our empty homes, protecting our young people's opportunities post-Brexit and making recycling easier.
